Boston: Boston University, 1979. Soft Cover. Good. Stated second printing. Spiral comb binding. Large format paperback. 269 pages with a section of black and white photos. A detailed and somewhat technical history of the Canterbury Shaker Village, drawn from archaeological and historical sources, and including interpretations of land use, an architectural history, photographic documentation and a social history. GOOD condition, EX-MUSEUM LIBRARY (Strawbery Banke). With the usual markings: card pocket and a label at the foot of the spine. Moderate to heavy browning to the covers, with some soiling, minor creasing, and some wear along the extremities. Interior solid with browning to the page edges. Circular library embossment at the foot of the title page.
