A good copy, but with some soil to the black cloth and the top edge of the text block. Minor edgewear and light bending at the corners and spine tips. Previous owner's name hidden by white-out on the front pastedown, otherwise an unmarked copy. Binding and hinges are solid but lacking tightness and there is a narrow dark stain at the rear hinge. 361 pp., original index, biography index, and surname index at rear. A detailed reference of interest for those doing Kentucky family histories - with brief entries on hundreds of residents across the named counties. Laid in with the biographical sketches is a folded xeroxed sheet of "A Brief History and Survey of Coit Memorial Tower and its Art."
