Octavo brown leather on 4 raised bands (covers detached, edges worn) [16]pp includes Titlepage in red and black +dedication + to reader + index] +240pp +237-307pp + blank page +[2 leaves inserted before 2nd part] 309-684pp. Contains the theory of each religion and their practices, showing the object of religious worship, the place, the time, the persons officiating, the manner, and the parts of worship, A table showing in which kingdom & country each religion is practised. Also the heresies & errors compared with what is asserted in the Orothodox opinion. This is rather a different approach from previous treatises on this subject. Aside from last two leaves which are slightly cropped to the top margin but affecting only the page numbers this is a crisp clean tight copy dealing with a large number of unusual sects and heresies.
