Haverhill NH: Cohos Steam Press, 1888. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket as Issued. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Brown cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Rear board is dampstained and warped at the bottom edge about 1/4 of the way up the back of the book, this water damage is not reflected in the pages of the book. The interior is clean, front hinge is starting, but the binding is solid. Contains 6 illustrations and the map.
