Fifteen Volumes Hardcover Cloth. Condition Very Good Dust Jacket Good. Mixed set of reprint editions see below for dates. Handsome blue boards and gilt embossing on this tight and sound set with no marks, highlights or bookplates. Faded blue topstains. Previous owner's address stamp on title pages. Books Well kept with Slight shelf wear. Edges have the usual yellowing. Pages are lightly toned with signs of wear and/or age. Some bumped corners, stains on boards and stains to edges. Some endpaper pages have stains - possibly paste marks. Books have a musty odor. Dust jackets are discolored with age and have the usual shelf wear - tears, scrapes, stains, scratches, wrinkles and chips. Some dust jackets mended on back side with tape or have tape stains. Some dust jackets clipped (Volumes 3 & 10). Not an ex-library, book club or remainder copy. Heavier than standard book; S&H will be adjusted.
A good reading copy of this famous set.
