1. Very scarce or rare. First edition. Fleming H Revell. 1905. xxi,494pp. Indexed. Illustrated with 3 pristine fold-out charts. 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Dark blue cloth w. pressed design and border lines to cover. Spine gilt bright. Spine ends and corner tips very lightly rubbed. Clean, square, bright and tight. From the well kept collection of the Beaver Conference Farm in NY. A small piece torn from the lower corner of half-title page was carefully saved, and minimally glue-tacked for future repair to inside board cloth edge. About a dozen pages show small amounts of neat, light pencil underlining to sentences and/or vertical pencil lines to paragraph margins. Also neat hinge crack repairs. Subjects include: Pre-Constantine and Medieval times, Antichrist, Israel, Reformation, Puritanism, French Revolution, Apocalypse, Papacy.
