Very good. - Small quarto [8-3/4 inches high by 7 inches wide], light tan paper covered boards backed with light tan cloth & titled in black on the spine. The binding is lightly rubbed. The front edge of the front board is darkened with some darkening to its bottom edge & to the spine. There is a small light stain to the rear board. xvii pages [prelims, introduction & notes] & unnumbered text pages, unopened. Illustrated with 7 pages of facsimiles. Very good. <p>Tailor's comedy was originally published in 1614, printed in London "for Richard Redmer". This edition was prepared by D. F. McKenzie and checked by Arthur Brown and G. R. Proudfoot.
