Autumn rust stamped cloth, gilt letters on spine, beige paper dust jacket in mylar cover; 228 pp., many BW illus. The 22nd volume of an 80+-volume set providing details about the lives and works of German artists who produced prints, etchings, engravings and woodcuts during the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries. This volume approaches them alphabetically from Johann Leipolt (active ca 1620) to Melchior Lorch (Lorich, ca 1527-1583). Rare.
