Very Good. 183pp; Light green cloth boards with silver and gilt titling to front & spine, boards slightly age-toned, decorated endpapers, pages slightly age-toned, previous owner's name in pencil with notation "from E. B. A." (probably indicating the book was given to her by the author), text unmarked, binding is tight, VG condition. Scarce, antique tome by Elisha Benjamin Andrews (1844-1917), the President of Brown University, containing articles about Bimetallism, a controversial, alternative monetary scheme much debated in the 19th century.
