New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1931. Copyright 1932, this copy likely ca. 1942, marked as wartime edition, listing to Twin Playmates on the dustjacket flap. Red hardcover printed in black, black and white frontis illustration on glossy paper, pictorial endpapers printed in blue, colorful dustjacket. The book has light rubbing to the extremities, good hinges, sound text block, age-toned but clean pages, Girl Scout themed bookplate on the front free endpaper with a name neatly written at the bottom, no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [70-100] and is in very good condition with some shelf soil to the white background, modest edgewear, no chips.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
