Taller, thin book, blue-marbled-grained boards, embossed title at top front, bright silver lettering on spine, light blue inside covers and adjacent end papers, 54 pages of poems. On first front end paper in dark blue ink: "For Daphne Helms, with warm regards and all best wishes, Henry Taylor, Guilford College, 1 May 1967." DJ glossy dark blue beneath mylar with light blue illustration of horses on front and spine, b/w photo of younger poet in thin blue frame on back. DJ has very slight wear to top front tip and top front edge, 1/4" tear with slight wear at bottom front edge near spine, light wear to front spine indentation, slight wear to spine top and bottom edge, tiny hole at top back spine indentation, very tiny tear and crease at top back middle edge, two micronicks and microtear at bottom back edge. Fair DJ/Very Fine book.
