Black boards with white writing on spine; book is in Fine condition. Gold sticker stating "Signed Copy" on front dust jacket flap; very slight shelf wear on top and bottom of dust jacket spine. Cover price of $28.00 on front dust jacket flap; book has overall tight binding and pages still look in excellent condition.
Berkley First Edition, First Printing as indicated by "1st Printing" and no other editions or printings on copyright page. Author's signature and remarque of ghost saying "Boo!" on tipped-in page by publisher.
Hendrix' novel that has an unique take on haunted houses and is "equal parts heartfelt and terrifying." Hardcover and original unclipped dust jacket protected by archival Mylar cover.
