Iowa and the area around Council Bluffs is followed by Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming, with particular emphasis on the UP's main line over Sherman Hill. Finally there is a catch-all chapter - Potpoutti - of various railroads, trains and places he travelled to during his long career.
