Original publisher's pale blue boards with paper title label tipped onto front cover, in original dust wrapper with coloured pictorial inlay, in very worn but original cardboard slipcase. 16 pages of text, followed by 16 colour prints, bibliography. Slipcase worn, soiled, with long edges missing, age toning, some spine tears, loss to spine of dustjacket, text block loose but all complete, with some age toning to edges.[736] . First English Edition.. Board Covers in Slipcase. Very Good/Very Good. 285mm. x 335mm.. Book.
