"The First Descriptive Analysis of the Hudson Ever Published", describing scenery and attractions in upstate New York, also additional sights along the Pennsylvania Railroad Route. Externally very worn in rust colored cloth, about 7 inches tall, illustrated throughout in black and white plus long hand colored folding map at rear. Lots of advertising throughout. Covers heavily rubbed and spotted with large chip to spine foot, hinges internally cracked but secure, text block sound, pages clean with some age-toning to the title page, a few corner creases, map has a closed tear roughly along one fold line but complete and repairable with just a few tiny chips of paper loss. . Hard Cover. Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
