New York: St Martin's Press, 1997. First edition. Hardcover. NF/NF. SIGNED BY AUTHOR - Black paper spine and boards are clean. Very faint bump at the head of the spine and light bumping at the tail. Previous owner's inscription on the upper edge of the title page (complete with colorful explitive). Signed by the author on the title page in black pen. Postcard for book tucked into the front endpapers. Dust Jacket - has just the faintest trace of rubbing at the head and tail of the spine and at the extreme tips of the corners.
