Scarce promotional brochure for the Torbett Clinic and Hospital, a private corporation founded in 1936 in Marlin, Texas, which was -- and is now -- famous for its hot mineral water. As it turned out, the Torbett Clinic prospered, and is today known as the Falls Community Hospital and Clinic. Includes instructions on healthy behavior (such as stretch exercises and even a Daily Prayer). Our question: how was even possible that such a little piece of obsolescence should have survived?
