About This Item
United Kingdom: Christopher Johnson. Very Good in Good+ dust jacket. 1947. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. B0007IZROO . Clean and tight, with a slight forward lean, not a problem for the reader. There is a lengthy gift inscription on the back of the frontispiece. But no signs of use in the text. The pages have held up very well, and are neither tanned nor foxed. The beautiful and colorful jacket is intact front and back, with a small chip at the top of the front, and slight chipping at the top of the spine. The back is soiled, as one always sees when the color is white. The top of the front flap has been snipped, and some text of the blurb is lost. A fresh mylar Brodart cover now protects it. Fast shipping, with tracking number provided. ; 274 pages .
