Bound in red cloth stamped with black and gilt lettering. Edges worn. In the illustrated dust jacket that shows large chips near head and tail of spine, and old, small tape reinforcement on verso. A novel told in the voice of a tiger in Bengal. The sleek Boris Artzybasheff dust jacket illustration is quite effective in its use of a limited three-color printing palette.
