Havez; music by George Botsford; Cover art by Starmer. Illustrated title page of moon over stream with trees and a border of roses in brown, gray and orange. Page 2 has an advertisement with illustrated title page, and excerpts for Daddy Did a Wonderfyl Thing by Sam M. Lews and Geo. W Meyer. Back cover has advertisement with illustrated title page, and excerpts for Sailing Down The Chesapeake Bay by Jean C. Havez and George Botsford, with list of additional songs published by Jerome H. Remick & Co. First line verse: Seems I'm always longing for that sweet perfume; First line of chorus: Oh! dear, I'm sighing and I'm crying and I'm dying for a chance to get to Dixie Land!. In acceptable condition with a few 1/2" or less nicks and tears and creasing along edges. Outside folded edge is almost completely separated along fold but is still attached at the middle. Moderate overall aging and soiling to pages, but otherwise unmarked. NOT Ex-Library.
