Much later dubbed one of the Confederation Poets (born in the 1860s, he has been called the Father of Canadian Poetry for his work & influence on other poets. Limited to 500 copies of which 100 copies only were (are) for sale. Green boards with gilt lettering & illustration on face. 31 pages with woodcut illustrations by Thoreau MacDonald. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall No slipcase included, a very nice copy.
