Arthur Boggs (1916-1966), being pieces previously published between 1962 and 1965 by the New York Herald Tribune, The Chicago Jewish Forum, University of Portland Review, Phylon, Snowy Egret, Discourse, Four Quarters, and The Personalist. W. Arthur Boggs (1916-1966) was a professor of English at Portland State College who earned his doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley in 1951. He has served as the president of the Oregon State Poetry Association between 1962-1965.
