Folio, 3/4 calf and gilt decorated cloth, calf worn, cloth faded, upper cover detached, map of Port Perry with old tape repair otherwise very clean and bright. Maps include : Whitby, East Whitby,Whitby, Village of Oshawa, Map of Pickering Township, Map of Uxbridge Township, Plan of the Village of Goodwood, Port Perry, Scugog, Port Union etc. Some are double page, some single page and others are smaller inset maps. Shows land ownership as well as prominent personages and commercial buildings of the time.

Recently professionally rebacked with new leather spine and corners, new endpapers. xii, 71 pp. Colour maps. Wear to extremities of original boards, spotting to cloth, markings from removed adhesive to boards. Numerous paper repairs to interior, several short tears to tail edges of pages.
