Cape Town: Tafelberg-Uitgewers, 1965. First edition. Original Cloth. Very Good +. Landscape format. Coarse, pale grey/oatmeal linen over boards. Large type titles to cover, title to spine. A gift inscription to front free endpaper; to the left - a different hand - is Newall's signature. Bar the gift inscription, a fine copy; no damage to the book and only the faintest signs of sun fade to the spine. No DJ (as issued?)
