London: S.n., 1692. [ii], 20 (i.e. 18) pp. Text in parallel columns. Quarto (9" x 6"). Stab-stitched pamphlet bound into recent three-quarter calf over cloth, gilt title to spine, endpapers renewed. Light rubbing to extremities, front hinge starting. Some soiling to title page, interior otherwise fresh. $200. * First edition. Support for the Protestant monarchs in the form of sage military advice: a warning to pursue naval power rather than a land war in the struggle with France.
