Toning and significant wear to edges of slipcase, including splitting. Toning, rubbing, chips and tears to jackets. Interior is evenly toned throughout, text is clean and unmarked. A new translation from the Spanish, with a critical text based upon the First Editions of 1605 and 1615, and with Variant Readings, Variorum Notes, and an Introduction by Samuel Putnam.
