The wrap-around band is lacking the front flap.; This copy with a wrap-around band stating on front panel: "Banned in Germany by Herr Himmler, Chief of Police and of the Protective Guards, on Sept. 23rd" (1938). Spine and rear panel of wrap-around band both have: "Banned in Germany". June 1939 reprint. 42nd printing, of a title first published in April 1938. "New edition with additional chapters including an account of Germany's invasion of Austria, and a discussion of the position of Czechoslovakia since that event." - from front flap of dust-jacket. 431, [1 (blank)] pages. Red cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Page dimensions: 202 x 133mm. .
