Covers lightly soiled with a few pencil markings and a couple of tears to spine; front hinge starting to split (but still attached), scattered foxing throughout (mainly to front and rear endpapers, not affecting plates), previous owner's name in pencil to front endpaper, single page with plate starting to come loose, crease to lower left corner of one plate. Beautiful illustrations of fairies by Margaret W. Tarrant. Contents include: Before the Party Ends, The Caterpillar's Song, Telling the Bees, A Tap at the Window, I'd Like to Be a Fairy, and Fly Away Home. .
