Edward Arnold,, [1935]. 8vo., Second Edition, with very numerous diagrams throughout; strongly bound BY SMITH AND SON in the Wellington College prize style of oatmeal full buckram, upper board with college arms blocked in gilt, backs with brown leather labels lettered and ruled in gilt, a very good, clean copy. First published in 1932. The binding is signed on rear paste-down. WITH THE WELLINGTON COLLEGE ARMORIAL PRIZE BOOKPLATE ON FRONT PASTE-DOWN. The bookplate awards the Pentland Prize for Progress in Research to K G Newton in June 1935. The plate is completed and signed by F B Malim, Master. WELLINGTON COLLEGE PRIZE BINDINGS ARE VERY SCARCE
