Very large, oblong book (10 7/8") quality shiny dark blue cloth, very bright gilt lettering on spine, gray color inside covers and adjacent end papers, 192 heavy glossy pages, with beautiful full-page color-illustrations of the world's locomotives on right-hand pages, descriptions on left. Very light separation between title page and frontispiece page. DJ price-clipped, glossy color-illustration of locomotive, train and hills on front and back, dark blue spine. DJ has very tiny light surface wear to spine bottom left edge. Near Very Fine DJ/Near Fine book.
