Fine in 1/2 black and 1/2 tan cloth covered boards with white text on the spine with the top edge of the text block stained light gray. An octavo measuring 8 1/4" by 5 1/2". In a fine unclipped dust jacket with no sign of any wear of any kind. Both the book and its jacket are contained within a fine paper covered slip case with paper labels of the front and rear panels of the dust jacket attached to the panels of the slip case with a repaired 1" crack to the joint at the head of the slip case. Laid-in at the front of the book is the publisher's card on the issue points of the first edition. 439 pages of text. This is the First Edition Library's exact (facsimile) reproduction of the first edition of the book to include all the issue points that were present in the original first printing.
