London: Adam and Charles Black, 1907. First edition thus (hardback). 8vo (20cm by 14cm), xix, 212pp. 32 colour plates. Original decorated green cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, top edge gilt. Minor rubbing to the extremities of the binding, light foxing of the preliminary pages, else this is a bright, very good copy. Part of the 6 shilling series of A&C Black colour books. Inman 276. This is the scarcest of the 6 shilling books; it was cut down from a book originally published in the 20 shilling series, and only 1700 copies were issued.
