New York: Charles Scribner's Sons. Very Good+ in Very Good dust jacket. 1971. First Edition. Hardcover. 684123231 . 22 cm. Sound and square binding in yellow, cloth-covered boards. Minor wear to the corner tips. Very slightly dusty along top edge. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked, with a couple of leaves having a tiny corner fold mark to the bottom of the leaf. Dustjacket has some wear to the corners, one short closed tear, and a sticker shadow mark on the upper panel. It is price clipped. The story of a young alligator in the Florida Everglades, and his efforts to survive the forces of nature and mankind. .
