Pictorial Heritage Publishing Company, 1992. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good+. An over sized 220 page work printed on high quality paper with much black & white illustration. Covers are black with sharp gilt lettering on the spine and front cover. Book itself is clean, fresh, tight and bright. On the title page, underneath the author's printed name there is a signature; I am unable to determine whether it is original or a facsimile. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Dust jacket has about a one inch tear on the front cover near the bottom of the spine that has scotch tape on the inside. There is wear at the head and tail of the spine and at the bottom of the spine an approximate 1 inch by 1 inch red tape has been placed on the outside of the cover. The dust jacket looks quite presentable in its protective cover. All in all, a quite nice copy of this volume commemorating the 100th anniversary of a Virginia village 1891-1991. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
