Beautifully rebound in forest green leather with gold stamped spine and blind stamped bands at top and bottom of spine. 380 pp. including index. Top edge gilt. Original free endpapers included. Lovely new marbled endpapers done in green and irridescent red. Book is tight, clean and beautiful on the outside. Unfortunate damp stain affects bottom corner of the last 61 pp. Overall a very nice copy.. With Illustrations by Joseph Pennell.
