A detailed study of the lakes of Italy and the settlements surrounding them, including Lugano, Como, di Lecco, Maggiore, d'Orta, and many more. Written by Richard Bagot, an English novelist and essayist. Illustrated by Ella Du Cane, a British artist known for her watercolours of exotic locations. In the original blue decorative cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine. The odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with light scattered spotting. Very Good
