New York: D.G. Dunn. No.36 Bald Street. January 1831. 8vo. (18 x 10 cm.) pp.23. Unbound, stitched on right side, first and last leaf loose. Bookplate of Gerrit Komrij on verso of title. Woodcut vignette to title. Somewhat browned and worn at edges. Rare. A humorous poem in which Jack is granted three wishes whereby he gets a bow, a musical pipe and revenge on his hated step-mother "Whene'er she stares upon me so, Thinking to keep me under; I wish her Bum might then let go, And crack like roaring Thunder".....
