Marbled endpapers, armorial bookplate to FEP, scattered foxing. The sole edition of the collected correspondence of Jacobite sympathisers within the Murray of Atholl Clan regarding the 1745 Uprising; edited by John Hill Burton (1809-1881) and David Laing (1793-1878), sometime secretary of the Bannatyne Club. . First edition. Quarto.
