About This Item
London England: P & D Colnaghi & Co, 1925. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. McBey. Signed by Author(s). Not to be confused with the 1929 edition. FRONTICE: an original etching "Artist and Model" (self-portrait) signed in ink by McBey is bound in with a tissue guard. This is often missing as some cut it out and sell the print separately for considerably more than my price. BOOK: Very Good; numbered 402 (out of 500) and pencil signed. Original 1/4 calf brown leather with brown cloth. Cover shows signs of rubbing and bumping to corners. Leather still soft but has some spotting. TEG. Contents are clean and tight with no signs of splitting in gutters. SHIPPING: due to size/weight, ask about mailing costs.
