First Edition. Wraps. Good. Disbound, stitched wraps. Approx. 8" x 5". [2], vi, 83 pages, [1] page blank. Trimmed text. Light toning to the text. Light damp stains to the top edges of the paper. Old ink name trimmed top of the title page. Previous owner's name written on the blank verso of page 83. This is the first and only American edition. The British Museum Catalogue attributes authorship to "Hanley(--) of Saint Albans."
