About This Item

London, UK Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge (SPCK), 1982. Hardcover First Edition (1982), so stated. First Edition (1982), so stated. Very Near Fine in Near Fine DJ: The Book shows only the faintest soiling to the top edge of the text block; else flawless. The binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of any underlining, hi-lighting or marginalia or marks in the text. Free of ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, or labels. A very nearly-new copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing a single unobtrusive flaw only. Bright and clean. Corners sharp. Virtually 'As New'. The DJ shows just a hint of overall soiling to the open-weave of the panels; else flawless; unclipped; mylar-protected. Very close to "As New". NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. (9.35 x 6.25 x 0.85 inches). 168 pages. Language: English. Weight: 17.5 ounces. Hardback with DJ. Amos Niven Wilder (1895 – 1993) was an American poet, minister, and theology professor. Wilder was ordained in 1926 and served in a Congregational church in North Conway, New Hampshire.
