Portfolio of 10 gold-toned gelatin silver prints and 1 Autochrome color print mounted to inside front cover. Prints are housed in a solander case covered in blue velveteen embossed with art-nouveau floral pattern. Limited Edition of 5000 numbered English-language copies, of which this is copy no.977, in a worldwide edition of 7,500. SIGNED and numbered by J.H. Lartigue on label mounted to inside flap. All tissue guards present. Includes accompanying 15-page text pamphlet. Shelfwear: light scuffing and fading along edges of blue velveteen case, some light fading and tanning on inside flaps of case. Includes original white cardboard box with title label on front and numbered 977. Some coffee stains and tanning on cardboard box. Box is in Good condition. Solander case is in Very Good-plus condition. Text pamphlet and plates are in Fine condition..

About Russian Hill Bookstore
Russian Hill Bookstore, established in 1974, is one of the last family-owned used and new bookstores in San Francisco. We began as Sunset Bookstore in 1974, a small used bookshop servicing the Sunset District west of 19th Avenue, and have been in continual operation for the past 43 years. Over the years Sunset Bookstore has since closed and merged with Russian Hill Bookstore, which has grown to become also the best note card shop in the city, and a favorite place for toys and games for children of all ages.
