Anderson House, 1947. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" [6], 138 pages. Historical drama, concerning Joan of Arc (with a few modern interpolations for the audience in the theater). Avery A23; 'First printing January, 1947' (title page verso); dated 1946 on title page recto. Slight rubbing to covers; previous owner's pencil signature on front free endpaper; few leaves carelessly opened and with few creases; slight internal browning to edges and endpapers; else very good in supplied clear mylar protective jacket (taped to front and rear attached endpapers).
