About This Item
Publisher's brown cloth with stately spine lettering gilt, octavo, pp. 434. No fewer than 1044 items annotated in what can only be described as a prodigious feat of scholarship. Very Good with just light shelf wear. Non-sturdy construction paper dust jacket has not fared as well as the book across the decades, with several tears at fold points. Jacket now protected from further wear by a new sheet of archival Brodart.
