About This Item
Charles Scribner's Sons, 1909. Hardcover. Good. John Montgomery Flagg. Tight and clean but not without problems. Bottom of spine is worn, corners bumped. Gilt is bright but wrinkled on spine block. Title page has been stuck to board at hinge and torn because of it. Flagg's illustrations are fine and the story is rather provocative. Even today.
