[n.p.], 1799. hard cover. Very Good/No jacket. Leipzig: [n.p.]. 1799. viii+271pp+4pp errata+map. Hardover, no jacket. Very Good condition. Blue hardover boards with maroon/gilt title sticker to spine. Boards lightly rubbed with some fading, and wear at extremities. Tips unbumped. Decorative bookplate to front pastedown. Otherwise clean and unmarked. Very light scattered foxing, with a small dark stain at top edge of last few pages. Map has a few foxing spots and a repaired closed tear where it attaches to the book. Ramel's "journal and testimony" regarding the Coup of 18 Fructidor and his deportation to a Guiana penal colony in 1797, from which he escaped in 1798. (cfm)
