Dust jacket has a slight crease on the front cover but is in very good condition. This single volume contains the journals of Patrick Gass, the quartermaster of the Lewis & Clark expedition. The editor of this collection was Gary E. Moulton, Professor of American History at the University of Nebraska. Moulton received the J. Franklin Jameson Award of the American Historical Association for editing these journals. Please note that this volume is rather heavy; additional shipping charges may apply. 1996
