About This Item

Oxford, UK Plantin Publishers, 1990. Paperback First Edition Thus; unstated. Near Fine in Wraps: shows only very minor indications of use: just a hint of wear to extremities; mild rubbing; some coffee-like stains at the top edge of the text block (these have not penetrated into the text pages at all); just a touch of shelf-soiling at the bottom edge. The binding shows barely discernible lean, but remains perfectly secure; the text is clean. No longer pristine, but the flaws are minor and in appearance the book remains close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 383pp. First Edition Thus; unstated. First published in 1956 by New York University Press. Academic Press Paperback.
