(Bloemfontein: Nasionale Pers, 1926). 8vo; original grey cloth, blocked in black on upper cover; pp. 53, plus several plates, which are not included in the pagination. Edges very slightly rubbed; gift inscription on front free endpaper. Afrikaans text, with some Dutch. Not in Nienaber. Uncommon history of the Dutch Reformed Church parish of Hoopstad, which lies between Bloemhof and Welkom in the Free State province. There are many photographs of luminaries from throughout the history of the community, along with genealogical information on the individuals. .
