Trade paperback, xii + 552 + v (Preface to the Notes) + 166 (Notes) pages (735 in total); very gently used, not abused, spine creased but still tight in binding, tiny creases and edge rubbing to covers, one-word ink signature on half title page, standard library pocket and due date card inside back cover, probably personal as card shows no issues and the book is otherwise very clean and unmarked throughout.
